Dialogue with Mayor Sibylle Keupen at the weekly market in Richterich
Between fresh vegetables and fragrant bread, urban (district) development is also a topic this time: On Wednesday, May 21, Mayor Sibylle Keupen and District Manager Yvonne Moritz will be hosting a citizens' dialog at the weekly market in Richterich from 11 am to 1 pm. A dialog stand at the market on Rathausplatz will be the point of contact for anyone with questions, concerns or ideas about their district.
"We want to be where life pulsates - in the marketplaces, with the people, in the middle of everyday life. I want to hear what moves the people of Richterich," says Keupen. In a relaxed atmosphere, citizens are invited to talk directly to her and the employees of the city administration. Moritz adds: "The Richterich district will continue to develop over the next few years with a variety of smaller and larger projects. The market offers a relaxed atmosphere in which to gather information and talk to each other."
This time, there will be a special focus on the topic of mobility. The head of the Mobility and Transport department, Uwe Müller, will also be on hand to answer questions about traffic, current plans, roadworks and more. But all other topics are also welcome.
Registration is not necessary - just come along, have your say and help shape the event. The market invites you to linger, the dialog invites you to participate. Anyone who would like to share a specific concern in advance can do so by emailing the Citizens' Dialogue team: buerger_innendialog@mail.aachen.de.
