The Security and Order Department was restructured at the end of last year. There are now also new telephone numbers. The departments "Monitoring of Stationary Traffic", "Central Contact Point for Events and Security Concepts, Special Uses" and "Public Order and Security Service, Enforcement and Investigation Service, Trade Control" can no longer be reached on the old telephone numbers. The new contact details can be found on the City of Aachen's service portal.
