Although the Hangeweiher outdoor pool enjoys priority in the summer, the opening hours unfortunately have to be restricted on two Fridays, July 4 and July 11, due to the ongoing staff shortage. On these days, the outdoor pool will be open from 10 am to 7.30 pm. The ticket office closes at 6.30 pm.

In addition, the South Swimming Pool will once again have limited opening hours in the week from Monday, July 7, up to and including Sunday, July 13, in order to avoid having to reduce the times in the outdoor pool even further.

The South Swimming Pool will be open as follows in the week from July 7 to 13:

• Mon: 10.00 - 19.00 h
• Tue: 10.00 - 19.00 h
• Wed: 06.30 - 21.00 hrs
• Thu: 12.00 - 21.00 h
• Fri: 10.00 - 19.00 h
• Sat: closed
• Sun: closed

Due to the ongoing tense staffing situation in Aachen's swimming pools, the municipal sports department asks all bathers to check the city of Aachen's sports portal at www.aachen.de/sport before visiting the outdoor pool or one of the indoor swimming pools to ensure that there are no restrictions or closures in the respective pools.
