Helping to shape the digital bulky waste registration process
Together with researchers from the RWTH Chair of Communication Science, Aachen City Council has developed a survey: Citizens have the opportunity to test innovative concepts for the website and a chatbot for the bulky waste registration process, to contribute their opinions and wishes and thus actively participate in the design of these digital services.
The results of the survey will be used to improve digital processes and design new digital concepts that take privacy and data protection into account. Some of these are to be integrated into the City of Aachen's service portal at a later stage.
The survey is part of the "P2Broker" research project. It is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and deals with secure and efficient interaction options between the administration and citizens.
The survey is aimed at all citizens of the city of Aachen aged 18 and over and will take place at ÖcherLab, Kapuzinergraben. You are invited to take part in the survey on Thursday, April 16, from 11 am to 5 pm, and on Friday, April 17, from 10 am to 3 pm. If you have any further questions, please send an e-mail to: P2Broker@comm.rwth-aachen.de.
Participation is voluntary and can be interrupted at any time. All personal data is treated anonymously during the surveys so that no conclusions can be drawn about the participants.
