Six meetings, five public and one non-public, are scheduled for the first municipal policy week after the fall break.

Tuesday, October 28,
The meeting of the Culture and Theatre Operations Committee begins at 4.30 p.m. in the meeting room of Haus Löwenstein am Markt. There is no public item on the agenda.

The Children and Youth Committee meets together with the Committee for Schools and Further Education from 5 p.m. in the Council Chamber of Aachen Town Hall. Three of the topics: the forecast of the inclusion round of the Aachen city region for the 2026/27 school year, a status report for the area of educational assistance/inclusion assistance for this year and the granting of a municipal subsidy to equip the new Breitbenden daycare center.

The Housing and Property Committee will also meet at 5 p.m. in meeting room 170 in the Marschiertor administration building on Lagerhausstraße. The committee will discuss the Housing Market Report 2025 and the "Freunder Weg/Zeppelinstraße" development plan.

Wednesday, October 29,
The Integration Council meets in the council meeting room at 5 pm. The self-help group "TRANS*UNITY Aachen" and the association "MUSAB e. V. Aachen" will be presented there.

The Aachen-Haaren district council meets at 6 p.m. in the meeting room of the Bürgerhaus on Germanusstraße. The agenda includes an exchange with the head of Aachen's municipal services, Indra Balsam, the allocation of district funds and a status report on the proposals adopted by the Haaren district council.

Thursday, October 30
A closed meeting of the AVV Advisory Board will take place at 5 p.m. in the Council Chamber.
