Content and added value

Stress, dissatisfaction and grumbling often gnaw away at family peace. So it's high time to pause for a moment. But that's easier said than done. There are little tricks that can help bring mindfulness and serenity into our everyday family life. They slow things down and improve the mood of all family members, helping them to cope with the many challenges of everyday family life in a more relaxed way. Susanne Sommerhoff responds individually to listeners, listens to the stories and gives tips and tricks that can help bring calm to situations that would otherwise end in chaos and noise.

Speaker: Susanne Sommerhoff, alternative practitioner for physiotherapy, psychotherapy, psychological counselor, learning coach
