With this scholarship, you can devote more time to what matters most to you: your volunteer work.
Each year, up to 25 dedicated young adults receive a volunteer scholarship worth €1,200. Criteria for awarding the scholarship include, for example, the level of responsibility, the amount of time committed, the variety of activities, or the social impact of the work.
What do you need to keep in mind?
For the duration of the grant, you will be…
- …at least 16 and no more than 26 years old,
- …holds a key position or is similarly involved in a club or association, a public-law corporation, or a comparable institution based in the Aachen metropolitan region,
- …also an active member of this organization, etc., which supports your application,
- … are enrolled in a school or vocational training program (excluding part-time vocational training or studies).
