Supplementary Privacy Notice Regarding the Use of Online Forms
In addition to the General Privacy Notice regarding the use of online forms, we are providing you with information here about the specific processing of your data in connection with the “Oecher Perlen” fund.
1 Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing
: The purpose of processing your data is to provide you—as a company, interest group, association, or federation—with grants from the “Oecher Perlen” fund following an appropriate review. The legal basis for the processing of your data is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR—your voluntary consent.
2 Consequences of Failure to Provide Required Data
If you do not voluntarily provide us with your personal data, we will not be able to determine whether or not we can provide you with funding for the project you have applied for under the “Oecher Perlen” Fund.
3 Categories of Processed Data
As part of the “Oecher Perlen” fund, the City of Aachen processes your personal data, such as:
- Last name, first name, mailing address, email address, phone number, industry, and bank account information for your company, interest group, club, or association
4 Recipients or Categories of Recipients of the
Data: Data is transmitted within the Aachen City Administration and to external entities only within the scope of statutory authority. The approving departments (e.g., the Department of Urban Development and Urban Planning), which may need to be involved in the implementation of your project, will receive your project application and any necessary attachments.
5 Retention Period & Deletion
: The data collected via the online form will be deleted from the technical support system no later than 2 years after the completion of the funded project.
The responsible department retains the records for 10 years as proof of the funds awarded and to document the funded projects.
