Newsletter
You have the option of subscribing to various newsletters from different areas of Aachen city administration. The data you enter here will only be used to personalize the newsletter.
The technical implementation of the mail service is carried out by CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Schafjückenweg 2, 26180 Rastede, Germany. By subscribing to the newsletter, you consent to the use of your data by CleverReach. Your data will not be passed on to other parties. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time or revoke your consent at any time by e-mail. Your data will be deleted within one month of you unsubscribing from the newsletter, provided that there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary. Tracking:
The aachen.de website uses Matomo software technologies to collect and store data for optimization purposes. Only shortened and anonymized IP addresses are used for analysis, which makes it absolutely impossible to draw any conclusions about users. Again, no data is passed on to third parties
Aachen.de uses Matomo services from regio iT. We do not use cookies for web analysis by default.
The data generated with Matomo is processed and stored by regio iT on behalf of the City of Aachen exclusively in Germany and is therefore subject to strict German and European data protection laws and standards.
This is done in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e GDPR for the performance of tasks incumbent on us that are in the public interest.
Our aim in this regard is to optimize our online offering and our website. Since the privacy of our visitors is important to us, the data that may allow a reference to an individual person, such as the IP address, login or device identifiers, are anonymized or pseudonymized as soon as possible. No other use, combination with other data or forwarding to third parties takes place.

Processing and disclosure of data
