The purpose of processing your data is to assist your company in its search for commercial space. The legal basis for processing your data is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR—your voluntary consent.
2 Consequences of Failure to Provide Required Data
Unless you voluntarily provide us with your personal information, we will not be able to assist you with your request.
3 Categories of Processed Data
As part of its commercial real estate brokerage services, the City of Aachen processes your personal data as follows:
- Company name (including legal form), last name, first name, mailing address, email address, phone number, industry, and the nature of your request.
4 Recipients or Categories of Recipients of the Data
Within the Aachen municipal administration and to external entities, data is transferred only within the scope of statutory authority.
5 Retention Period & Deletion
The data collected via the online form will be deleted from the technical provisioning system no later than 6 months after it is entered.
