How can digital and sustainable solutions improve healthcare in concrete terms? With the "Care for sustainable Innovation (CSI)" project, we are bringing together companies and start-ups, researchers and practitioners, students and decision-makers. Together, we are developing digital and sustainable solutions for the healthcare of tomorrow. In a growing innovation ecosystem, concrete products, new collaborations and real improvements in people's everyday lives are created. Our building blocks for innovation
Cross-innovation workshops
In our workshops, we bring together stakeholders from different sectors. Together, we develop initial solutions and establish collaborations. The aim is to turn ideas into concrete projects that can then be developed further.
Innovation partnerships
In innovation partnerships, we accompany interdisciplinary teams on their journey from the concept phase to implementation. Through coaching, workshops and targeted support, we create products, services and business models with real practical relevance.
Digital healthcare
We are developing and testing digital solutions for the region: these include the "Smart Care + More" platform, which bundles various healthcare services. Topics such as telemedicine and digital care structures are also being considered further.
Next Generation Innovation
With various formats such as workshops, conferences and summer schools, we inspire students and professionals for innovation in the healthcare sector. At the same time, we promote exchange within the specialist community.
In addition to these building blocks, there are other fields of action in which we are active. In the practical projects, we set the framework for promoting innovative approaches, optimizing processes and developing digital tools that sustainably improve the everyday lives of patients, professionals and facilities.
AI in rescue services: efficient transfers and digital processes
There are currently many empty runs for patient transports, e.g. for transfers between hospitals in the region. We want to optimize these processes with digital tools: through intelligent route planning, better networking of bed management and the digitalization of application processes.
Future project
Together with municipal partners, we develop innovative projects that improve care in the region. Ideas are identified, tested and implemented step by step in open formats.
