As every year, running in the floodlit Waldstadion ends at the end of March. The offer, which always takes place on Mondays and Fridays, will end this year on Friday, March 27 and will not start again until October.

But fans of the Waldstadion won't miss out in spring and summer either: from Sunday, April 19, "Running for everyone" will be starting there again. The stadium will be open to the public every Sunday from 1 to 5 pm. Exceptions to this are Whit Sunday, May 24, and the summer vacation period from August 3 to 30. Other cancellations due to events will be announced in good time.

Two important notes: To protect the synthetic surface of the running track, some lanes, especially the inner lane, will be closed. To ensure that the synthetic track remains functional, these barriers must be observed and accepted. For the same reason, spikes may not be used.

And: The City of Aachen expressly draws attention to the fact that the changing rooms and showers in the stadium are not open for liability reasons and that there is no training supervisor. The city is not liable for accidents that occur while using the stadium.
