Citizens' Dialogue in Brand: Mayor Dr. Michael Ziemons invites you to attend
Lord Mayor Dr. Michael Ziemons is continuing the direct exchange with the people of Aachen in the city districts and is inviting them to a Citizens' Dialogue in Brand on Friday, April 17. From 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the meeting room of the Aachen-Brand District Office, Paul-Küpper-Platz 1, there will be an opportunity to talk to the Lord Mayor in person.
The Citizens' Dialogue offers an open and low-threshold framework for questions, concerns and suggestions. The focus is on a direct exchange on topics that affect local people. The aim is to gather perspectives from the city districts and boroughs and incorporate them into the dialog with the Lord Mayor. "For me, being close to the people means being approachable and listening. The perspectives from the districts are important in order to develop Aachen further together," says Dr. Michael Ziemons.
The event in Brand deliberately focuses on the outlying districts. The local event enables short distances and creates space for personal discussions. Whether specific concerns, ideas for the district or questions about urban development - all topics are welcome.
Registration is not required. Interested citizens can simply drop by and take part in the discussion.
The Citizens' Dialogue is part of the Mayor's dialog formats, which also include citizen consultation hours and pub consultation hours in the city area.
All current dates for consultation hours, the dialog tour and information on other participation formats can be found on the City of Aachen website:
