"Bioeconomy takes off": specialist event between aerospace and bioeconomy
On Thursday, September 25, the Würselen-Aachen research airfield will become a meeting place for experts from the bioeconomy and aerospace sectors. The specialist event "Bioeconomy takes off", organized by the OecherLab of the City of Aachen in cooperation with the Bio4MatPro competence cluster, the TransBib transfer network of RWTH Aachen University and the aero | race Lab of FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences, will highlight cross innovations from sustainable, bio-based materials and future food to biogenic fuels and sustainable propulsion systems. The aim is to facilitate new collaborations, discover synergies and make the diversity of the regional innovation landscape visible.
Program
- Presentations and impulses from companies and research institutions such as Space2Agriculture, FKuR Kunststoff GmbH, FH Aachen, FZ Jülich and many more.
- Program items on future food, new materials and drive technology - what can we learn from space food for the earth, for example, and are there bio-based solutions that could also be used in the air?
- Exhibition with projects and companies as well as enough time for networking with new inspiring contacts
- Prize draw: All participants at the event will be entered into a prize draw for an electric flight with FH Aachen!
