How can I manage to throw away less food? What are the benefits of buying second-hand clothes? How can I save electricity, water and heating energy at home? From Tuesday, May 27, 2025, the exhibition "Consumption in transition: Let's make it sustainable!" by the NRW Consumer Advice Center will provide suggestions for a sustainable lifestyle in the Rhineland region in the Aachen City Library. Six interactive stations provide everyday inspiration - from nutrition to fashion and mobility.

The exhibition invites visitors to look, listen and take part: with practical tips, quizzes, challenge cards and personal stories from the region. A "join-in compass" also shows where you can get involved in climate and resource protection in your area.
