Staff shortage: maintenance advance team restricts services

There is currently a staffing emergency in the maintenance advance team of the Youth and School Department of the City of Aachen. This is expected to lead to significant restrictions until the end of September 2025. Personal appointments with the team are currently not possible. The team is also only available by telephone to a very limited extent. Processing times are being extended.
