A section of the Kornelimünsterweg on the edge of the Aachen Forest has been closed. This has just been announced by Aachen's municipal services. Some trees are threatening to fall onto the road. It is no longer possible to drive from Aachen in the direction of Lintertstraße or in the opposite direction. The full closure is expected to last until next week. Buses coming from the city will continue on Kornelimünsterweg to their stop at the cemetery.
