The technical defect in the South Swimming Pool has been repaired and it can reopen today, August 4, at 2 pm. However, there are still planned repairs to be carried out this week. Opening hours this week from August 4 to 10:

• Mon: 14.00 - 21.00 hrs
• Tue: 06.30 - 21.00 h
• Wed: closed due to repair work
• Thu: closed due to repair work
• Fri: closed due to repair work
• Sat: 10.00 - 17.00 h
• Sun: 10.00 - 17.00 h

The outdoor pool and the other indoor swimming pools are open. The regular opening times can be found at www.aachen.de/schwimmen. However, due to the ongoing tense staffing situation in Aachen's swimming pools, the municipal sports department asks all bathers to check the city of Aachen's sports portal at www.aachen.de/sport before visiting the outdoor pool or one of the indoor swimming pools to ensure that there are no restrictions or closures in the respective pools.
