New residential quarter for Driescher Hof: development plan on display

A lively new residential quarter is to be created on a three-hectare meadow between Grauenhofer Weg and Stettiner Straße in the Driescher Hof district, which will provide a home for different target groups of the population with a variety of housing options and a four-group daycare center. An attractive urban design, green courtyards and almost car-free traffic routes are intended to create a high quality of living. The planning committee of the City of Aachen has decided to hold a public consultation on development plan no. 1012 "Grauenhofer Weg / Stettiner Straße" from Monday, April 14 to Friday, May 16.

The documents are available online via the central internet portal of the state of NRW beteiligung.aachen.de and beteiligung.nrw.de as well as at www.aachen.de/bauleitplanung. The development plan is also available for public inspection in the administration building at Marschiertor, Lagerhausstraße 20, 4th floor, room 400, Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 12.30 pm and from 1.30 pm to 4 pm, on Wednesdays until 5 pm and on Fridays from 8 am to 1 pm.
