Additional living space is to be created in the area between Reumonstrasse and Leonhardstrasse. The Act on the Mobilization of Building Land (Building Land Mobilization Act) is therefore intended to ensure orderly urban development for the planning area and create planning law for residential development. Of this, 40 percent is to be publicly subsidized housing. On the recommendation of the Aachen-Mitte district council, the planning committee has decided on public participation for development plan no. 1016 "Reumontstraße / Leonhardstraße". It will take place from Monday, April 7 to Friday, May 9.
The development plan is available in the foyer of the administration building at Marschiertor, Lagerhausstraße 20, 4th floor, room 400, Mondays to Thursdays from 8 am to 12.30 pm and from 1.30 pm to 4 pm, Wednesdays until 5 pm and Fridays from 8 am to 1 pm.
