Staff shortage: restrictions in the maintenance advance team

The advance maintenance payments team at the Children, Youth and Schools Department is currently experiencing a staff shortage that is expected to lead to significant restrictions until the end of December 2024.

Personal appointments with the team are therefore only possible by prior arrangement. Please first make an appointment online via www.aachen.de or via Call Aachen on 0241 432-0.

The team is also currently only available by telephone to a very limited extent. The overall situation is leading to longer processing times. The department asks for your understanding.
