Senior citizens' café: support with digital issues

Coffee, cake, and digital
literacy…that pretty much sums up our “Senior Café” program!

Since March 2022, we’ve been offering seniors in Aachen “tutorials” on digital topics every other Wednesday from 2:30–4:00 p.m. at the OecherLab. In a friendly, social setting, we explain digital applications in an easy-to-understand way and answer individual questions about your smartphone, tablet, or laptop.

No question is too silly! No matter what you’re struggling with, we’ll calmly and patiently explain how to transfer photos from your smartphone to your PC; delete or install contacts, files, or apps; or figure out how to use online banking. Or whatever else is making your daily life difficult! Feel free to

bring your own devices—that way, we can take a look at them right there on the spot. No
