Since 2023, the Kaiserplatz/Östliche Innenstadt coordination office has been a point of contact for anyone who wants to play an active role in shaping the area around Kaiserplatz. Whether residents, tradespeople, social institutions or interested parties from politics and urban society - everyone who wants to get involved in making the district a better place to live is welcome here.

The coordination office works closely with partners from administration, social work, the neighborhood, politics, business and science - with the aim of resolving conflicts, tackling social challenges and improving the quality of life in the neighborhood.
