Description
The over 500-year-old estate is being completely renovated and converted.
Uses
: A community workshop is being created in the former horse stable. Above it, in the former hayloft, there will be a large space for events, demonstrations, and seminars.
Extensive renovation work was carried out in the manor house. Half-timbered constructions. Communal and seminar areas, a "neighborhood living room" and a catering kitchen were created.
Accessibility
: The facility is accessible via a ramp.
Vertical access is via a staircase and an elevator in the former stables. This part of the building is connected to the manor house via an external footbridge.
Outdoor Facilities
: In addition to green spaces and seating areas, the outdoor facilities will feature a neighborhood plaza with an amphitheater, raised garden beds, and areas for dining, events, and open-air concerts.
Technology
: The facility is powered by two heat pumps, supplemented by a donor-funded photovoltaic system owned by the association.
