Energy concept
The energy concept of the new building is based on a combination of modern technologies to ensure an efficient and sustainable energy supply. A comprehensive ventilation system with heat recovery ensures a healthy indoor climate with low energy consumption. This is complemented by an air/water heat pump with underfloor heating, which enables efficient heating. In addition, a photovoltaic system on the roof contributes to environmentally friendly electricity generation and thus supports the daycare center's energy requirements.

In accordance with DVO KiBiz, 160m² for an Ü3 group and 185m² for an U3 group are recognized for refinancing the rent. This results in a maximum total usable area of 690 m² for the planned group types. The compact design makes it possible to implement a therapy room in addition to the room program specified by the LVR.
