About us
The City of Aachen's facility management covers the space requirements of all municipal departments and divisions through new builds, conversions and extensions, the maintenance of existing buildings and the rental of third-party properties. This includes buildings of various types and uses, such as schools, daycare centers, museums and cultural facilities, sports facilities, fountains, administrative and office buildings, fire department buildings and shelters for the homeless and refugees.
