Notes on public interpretation:

DIN regulations and other private regulations to which reference is made in the textual provisions of the development plan are to be applied in the version valid at the time these bylaws are issued and are available for inspection during opening hours at the Geoinformation and Land Development Department, Am Marschiertor administration building, Lagerhausstaße 20, 52064 Aachen, 3rd floor, room 355/356.

In accordance with Section 3 (2) sentence 4, it is pointed out that comments can be submitted during the publication period. 2 sentence 4, please note that comments may be submitted during the publication period, that comments should be submitted electronically, but may also be submitted by other means if required, that comments not submitted in due time may be disregarded in the resolution on the development plan and that an application pursuant to Section 47 of the Administrative Court Code is inadmissible if it asserts objections that are not covered by the application.

Explanations on planning

The aim of the planning is to create the basis for urgently needed living space in Aachen.
Through the so-called supplementary bylaws in accordance with Section 34 (4) sentence 1 no. 3 BauGB, individual undeveloped outdoor areas can be included in the inner area, the built-up district, if the adjacent development is sufficiently characteristic for a supplementary development. The planning instrument of an inner-area bylaw can be used to create building rights and control the framework for a compatible integration of the new development into the existing structure of Orsbach, which is still partly village-like.
