Register
Registration is available online only. Data verification is conducted online via an identity verification process or, by arrangement, in person.
Book
Book online via the registration page at https://lastenraeder-aachen.teilt.app/login or using the Evemo app, available in the App Store for iOS or the Google Play Store.
Open
Open the Evemo app, turn on Bluetooth and GPS, start the booking, check for damage, and unlock the car.

How do I register?
Registration is only possible online. Verification takes place online via the identification procedure or at four locations in Aachen.
Who is the offer for?
The offer is available to all those who are of legal age and only occasionally need a cargo bike.
How many stations are there?
There are over 20 stations in the Aachen city area. A link to an interactive map will follow soon.
How is the bike equipped?
All bikes are so-called "long johns" and have transport options in front of the handlebars. All bikes have two child seats and many also have a rain cover. Please note that no adults or animals may be transported.
How do I book a cargo bike?
Once you've completed registration, log in to the Evemo app and create a new reservation:

The booking can be started in the Evemo app and the cargo bike can then be opened on site with Bluetooth and GPS activated. During breaks, the bike must always be locked via the app. The bike must be returned to the rental station within the booked time.
What else do I need to consider?
The traffic regulations must be observed. Careful handling of the bike is required, as you are responsible for any damage caused during the rental period. Failure to do so may result in immediate exclusion from the rental.
What happens in an emergency?
Take care of your safety and that of your fellow travelers first. In the event of technical problems, breakdowns and, of course, accidents, please inform us as quickly as possible via the hotline provided in the app.
