Team supervision

Team supervision is a form of counselling in a professional context that serves to reflect on and optimize professional practice. Supervisors offer a "view from the outside". This is helpful for looking at professional problems, actions and communication patterns from a new perspective and thus jointly developing new solutions. For example, difficulties in teamwork can be addressed in the consultation to ensure professional cooperation and the well-being of each individual group member.

Supervision does not provide ready-made solutions; instead, it is a process of reflection aimed at improving working relationships and professional competence. The active participation of the participants is an important prerequisite.

Individual supervision

We support you with school challenges in confidential discussions. In doing so, we focus specifically on your concerns. For example, we can reflect on how to deal with individual pupils or discuss challenges in working with parents or colleagues. There is also room for personal questions in connection with your career.

Our aim is to empower you and work with you to develop new strategies for action and solutions.

Possible questions could be:

• How can I achieve more serenity when I feel stressed during the school day?
• How can I change my attitude to improve my interactions with students?
• How do I behave towards students who disrupt lessons?

Collegial case consultation

The method of collegial case consultation offers a structured space for a working group of eight to ten people to reflect on professionally challenging (teaching) situations. With the help of this structured method, specific professional challenges can be analyzed in order to gain new perspectives and develop practical solutions.

Collegial case consultation promotes mutual learning, strengthens social and professional skills, broadens perspectives and enables qualification through the exchange of experiences in an appreciative environment.

Our aim is to support you in establishing this method and to accompany you in the early stages (maximum 3 appointments).

Online seminars

At regular intervals, we deal with school and counseling-related topics in approximately 60-90-minute video conferences. This allows you to familiarize yourself with interesting psychological topics from the comfort of your own home, take part in practical discussions and try out new inputs in practical exercises.

Further education & training

Another pillar of our system consulting is our range of further education and training courses. We focus on current education policy topics and classic school issues. We discuss the location, timing, scope and content of the training and further education courses with representatives of your teaching staff.
