Open children's and youth center CUBE

Since 2011, the Cube Children’s and Youth Center has offered open recreational programs for children ages six and up, as well as for teenagers and young adults. The Cube provides the classic range of open children’s and youth programs.

This primarily includes open drop-in spaces for different age groups and target audiences, as well as events for children and teens (e.g., discos, movie nights, Carnival or Halloween parties) and vacation programs. In addition, there are a variety of projects and courses in the areas of creativity, music, and home economics.

The modern, accessible municipal building on Grünenthaler Straße in Richterich offers young people approximately 250 m² of space spread across two floors. The heart of the facility is a large multipurpose room equipped with a sound system, disco lights, a projector, a ping-pong table, and a pool table. In addition, there are four other rooms with various uses, such as a workshop and arts-and-crafts room, two game and media rooms, and a computer room. There is also a large terrace with a basketball hoop behind the building.
