D-Yard for children and young people

Welcome to Offene Tür D-Hof! It’s a colorful and lively place here—a place for learning and living! From noon until evening, day after day, we’ve been a second home for many young people since 1981—and a place of support for their families as well. We’re run by the Driescher Hof Association for Child and Youth Welfare (Kinder- und Jugendhilfe Driescher Hof e.V.).

One of our main focuses is promoting the health of young people: this includes healthy and delicious meals prepared together, great sports, exercise, and relaxation activities, as well as nature-based activities in our own D-Hof gardens—all of which are free of charge.
