The "Freunder Weg / Zeppelinstraße" zoning plan will be available for public review starting October 19
A commercial area in Aachen’s Rothe Erde district is to be revitalized. To this end, residential buildings and uses complementary to residential living are to be permitted in the area between Freunder Weg and Zeppelinstraße. The Planning Committee has therefore decided, upon the recommendation of the Aachen-Mitte District Council, to publish the project-specific zoning plan No. 1022 “Freunder Weg / Zeppelinstraße.” The public comment period runs from Monday, October 19, through Friday, November 20. The documents can be found on the central internet portal of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia at https:\\beteiligung.aachen.de or at www.aachen.de/bauleitplanung.
The documents are on public display at the same time in the administration building Am Marschiertor, Lagerhausstraße 20, 4th floor, room 400. Opening hours: Mondays to Thursdays from 8 am to 12.30 pm and from 1.30 pm to 4 pm, Wednesdays until 5 pm and Fridays from 8 am to 1 pm.
