An existing commercial operation on the outskirts of Kornelimünster is to be further developed in line with demand. In addition to the commercial areas, additional residential areas are to be created in particular. The planning committee and the Kornelimünster-Walheim district council have decided to involve the public at an early stage for project-related development plan no. 1026 "Münsterstraße / Lufter Weg".

The documents will be available online from Monday, May 18, through Friday, June 19, on the central website of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia at www.beteiligung.nrw.de and at https://beteiligung.aachen.de.

The documents are also on display in the foyer of the district office in Kornelimünster, Schulberg 20. Opening hours: Mondays to Fridays from 8 am to 12 noon, Wednesdays additionally from 2 pm to 5.30 pm. The administration is also offering a hearing for citizens on Thursday, May 28, 6 p.m., in the auditorium of the Inda-Gymnasium, Gangolfsweg 52.
