In order to meet the high demand for care places in Aachen, a local care and nursing facility for senior citizens is to be created in Richterich. As part of the project-related development plan no. 985 "Banker-Feld-Straße / Amstelbachstraße", 80 full-time and 12 short-term care places are to be created there. Planning permission is also to be created for four apartments and a social facility.

The Planning Committee and the Aachen-Richterich District Council have decided to launch an early public consultation for the planning project. The consultation will remain open until Friday, June 12. The documents are available online on the central portal of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia at www.beteiligung.nrw.de and at https://beteiligung.aachen.de.

The documents are on public display at the same time in the administration building Am Marschiertor, Lagerhausstraße 20, 4th floor, room 400. Opening hours: Mondays to Thursdays from 8 am to 12.30 pm and from 1.30 pm to 4 pm, Wednesdays until 5 pm and Fridays from 8 am to 1 pm.
