"A Big Band World": New concert program of the Jazzotic Big Band

The Jazzotic Big Band of the Music School of the City of Aachen presents its new program "A Big Band World" on Thursday, March 19, at 8 pm in the Hütten Hall in Rott.

The concert spans a wide musical spectrum from the classic big band era with Count Basie to contemporary arrangements by Gordon Goodwin and Bob Curnow. The band demonstrates the stylistic diversity and vitality of big band music.

The Jazzotic Big Band was founded in 1986 by Walter Hennecken. Since 2024, the ensemble has been under the musical direction of Marc Huynen.
