Staff Shortages and High Staffing Needs at the Outdoor Pool: Revised Opening Hours for the Südhalle
Due to staff shortages at the municipal swimming pools caused by illness, as well as the high summer temperatures and the resulting increased staffing needs at the Hangeweiher outdoor pool, revised opening hours are in effect for the Süd Indoor Swimming Pool.
Today, Monday, July 13, and on Tuesday, July 14, the South Hall will close at 2:30 p.m. The ticket office will close at 1:45 p.m.
Up-to-date information on the swimming pools and their hours of operation: The City of Aachen’s Sports Department asks all visitors to check the City of Aachen’s sports portal at www.aachen.de/schwimmen before visiting any of the city’s indoor or outdoor swimming pools to ensure there are no restrictions or closures at the respective facilities.
