From February 2, the construction site on Theaterplatz will move to the south side of the square, i.e. on the side of the Alter Posthof. This is where the Regionetz underground cable work will begin. The traffic routing on Theaterplatz will be changed from Monday, February 2. In future, motorized road users will be able to use the northern side (Theaterstraße from the Borngasse junction) to access Theaterplatz and, for example, the doctors' surgeries located there. Disabled parking spaces will be designated accordingly. The previous access via Kapuzinergraben will no longer be possible.

An important message from the city: everyone can still easily reach the theater and all the surrounding stores and medical practices.
