Are you planning to build a house, for example, and are you interested in an initial consultation with the building inspectorate? A new online appointment system is now available for better planning of the consultation. On the one hand, this saves interested parties waiting times on site and at the same time enables the building experts at the administration to provide a more efficient service.

Half-hour appointments can now be booked via the City of Aachen's service portal for building advice from the building inspectorate. The building inspectorate's building consultation is a non-binding initial consultation. The consultation times are Mondays and Wednesdays from 8.30 am to 12 noon in the administration building Am Marschiertor, Lagerhausstraße 20, 2nd floor. The consultation takes place in rooms 231 (detached and semi-detached houses building class 1-2) and 232 (other properties up to building class 5).
