Staff Shortage: Süd Indoor Swimming Pool Opens with Limited Services

The ongoing staff shortage at the city's swimming pools is currently being exacerbated by last-minute absences due to illness. The following hours of operation apply to the Süd Indoor Swimming Pool this weekend:

  • Friday, August 7: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, August 8: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, August 9: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

 

Up-to-date information on the swimming pools and their hours of operation: The City of Aachen’s Sports Department asks all visitors to check the City of Aachen’s sports portal at www.aachen.de/schwimmen before visiting any of the city’s indoor or outdoor swimming pools to ensure there are no restrictions or closures at the respective facilities.

Staff wanted

The City of Aachen is looking for staff for its swimming pools. We are looking for pool attendants (m/f/d) and cleaning staff for the municipal pools (m/f/d).
