Staff shortage: swimming pool closures at the weekend
Due to a short-term staff shortage, the South Swimming Pool will be completely closed on Saturday, September 6 and Sunday, September 7. The Ulla-Klinger-Halle must also remain closed on Sunday, September 7 due to staff shortages. Club swimming is not affected by this and can continue to take place.
The Brand indoor swimming pool, the Elisabethhalle and the Hangeweiher outdoor pool are open at the published times at www.aachen.de/schwimmen.
Due to the ongoing tense staffing situation in Aachen's swimming pools, the municipal sports department asks all bathers to check the city of Aachen's sports portal at www.aachen.de/sport before visiting the outdoor pool or one of the indoor swimming pools to ensure that there are no restrictions or closures in the respective pools.
Staff wanted
The City of Aachen is looking for staff for its swimming pools. We are looking for pool attendants (m/f/d) and cleaning staff for the municipal pools (m/f/d).
