Fit in the use of cell phones and tablets: digital mentors in the city library offer free help

More and more everyday tasks are becoming digital: buying tickets via an app, communicating via messenger services or going to the authorities digitally. However, not everyone feels confident using a smartphone or tablet. This is where the digital mentors come in.

On Wednesday, May 7, 2025, between 10 a.m. and 12 noon, the digital mentors invite you to the Aachen City Library, Couvenstraße 15 (first floor). Interested parties will receive free and individual support for their mobile devices - without registration.

Whether questions about WhatsApp, photos, device settings or general operation: the digital mentors take time for personal concerns and look for practical solutions together with the participants. Bring your own smartphone or tablet if you have one.

With this low-threshold offer, the digital mentors want to help promote digital participation for all age groups - regardless of previous knowledge.
