- Proven parenting strategies for fathers
- Tips for more relief in everyday life
According to the latest Fathers' Report 2023, 55% of fathers would like to spend more time with their children and family. And 40 percent of fathers are even thinking about reducing their contractual working hours. This is because many today not only want to better reconcile family and paid work, but also invest more relaxed time with their children. The latest research findings show that this is precisely what leads to greater self-esteem and better resilience in their daughters and sons.
How this works and when fathers are particularly important in their children's lives is explained in this interactive presentation, which also shows how fathers can now find a suitable work-life balance strategy for themselves right from the start and implement it in a targeted manner.
Speaker: Volker Baisch, CEO conpadres, Ashoka Fellow, coach and nationwide father expert
