Guardrail on Aachener Straße to be replaced

Aachener Stadtbetrieb is having part of the crash barrier on Aachener Straße between Nütheimer Straße and Albert-Einstein-Straße replaced. Two elements there were severely damaged in a traffic accident, meaning that they now need to be replaced in order to maintain road safety.

The work will be carried out on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 18 and 19, between 8 am and 4 pm. Road users will be diverted past the construction area. There may be time restrictions during rush hour.

The work at this point in time is absolutely essential and cannot be postponed. This is the only way to guarantee that road safety is maintained for all road users on Aachener Straße.
