Pop choir 11.0 and movie special in the year of the voice 2025

The good vibes in the pop choir are legendary - as are the concerts that choirmaster Tanja Raich has been bringing to the stage year after year with competence and charisma for 10 years now. The Aachen Music School's pop choir is no longer just a project, it is a movement. And thanks to Tanja Raich and her unbroken energy, it is still on the rise.

This year, the pop choir 11.0 with 300 members will once again present its rehearsed songs at four concerts at the Depot, supplemented this year by a movie special in which 200 experienced singers will sing and perform well-known and lesser-known movie songs. For musician Tanja Raich, choreographic elements are part of every choir event.

The choir singing will be accompanied live by the proven pop choir show band consisting of Christoph Eisenburger (piano), Florian Zenker (guitar), Lukasz Flakus (synthesizer), Werner Lauscher (bass), Luc Nelissen (vocal percussion).

Once again this year, the participants rehearsed the songs with the help of Tanja Raich's song files, memorized the lyrics and practiced the corresponding choreography using video files from the choir director.
