The event, offered by Haus für Familien - Evangelische Familienbildung Aachen, will take place from 5 to 6.30 pm. The organizer offers childcare for the duration of the lecture. Content and added value
In connection with the separation and sometimes even years afterwards, many questions arise on the subject of contact, for example: How do we decide what time the child should spend with which parent? Does it have to be the same for all children? What does the child need? What contact models do we know and what are their requirements? How can we make (legally) binding contact agreements? What role does custody play here? What is my responsibility? What is needed if changes are desired or necessary? What effects do the different contact models have on maintenance? What options do we have outside the (strict) maintenance rules to provide financially for all family members?
The event offers space for information, exchange and individual questions.
Speakers: Uta Rodler, specialist lawyer for family law and mediator (BAFM, QVM) and Birgitt Seifarth, Managing Director of Verband allein erziehender Mütter und Väter OV Aachen e.V., mediator, Kinder im Blick trainer, parent coach.
