The pedestrian bridge in Hahn, at house number 68, is being repaired by the road maintenance and bridge construction department of Aachener Stadtbetrieb. The asphalt surface had been completely washed away by the floods in 2021. This led to spalling with exposed reinforcement on the reinforced concrete slab. Following preliminary work, new concrete material is now being applied to the top of the concrete slab to restore the bridge deck. The work will be carried out from Tuesday, June 10, until probably Friday, June 13. During this time, the bridge will be completely closed.
