Senior citizens' café in the OecherLab: naveo special edition
The OecherLab invites all interested parties to a special edition of the Senior*innen-Café on Wednesday, July 30, from 2.30 pm to 4 pm. The event in the OecherLab at Kapuzinergraben 19D is dedicated to the topic "Buy tickets quickly and easily in naveo". The focus will be on the digital e-tariff "eezy.nrw" and the naveo app, which has been offered by the Aachener Verkehrsverbund (AVV) together with ASEAG and the other transport companies in the AVV as the successor to the avv.connect app since 2022.
With "eezy", searching for the right ticket is a thing of the past: If you want to use the eTariff, all you have to do after registering in naveo is check in in the app before boarding the bus or train. The price is calculated automatically. A NRW-wide price cap ensures that you will never have to pay more than 58 euros per month for journeys throughout NRW.
With naveo, passengers can conveniently purchase bus and train tickets digitally, plan routes, call up real-time departure times and be informed of delays via push alerts. The app makes it easier for senior citizens to start using public transport thanks to clear menus, customizable favourites and intuitive operation.
The senior citizens' café begins with a brief introduction to the naveo app. This is followed by a live demonstration of ticket purchases and route queries before everyone can chat over a cup of coffee in a relaxed atmosphere.
The event is aimed specifically at senior citizens who are curious about digital mobility. Registration is not required.
