Warning strike on Tuesday: restrictions at the administration and Aachen municipal services
The union members of the city administration have called a warning strike for tomorrow, Tuesday, January 28. This may have an impact on all areas of the administration and its facilities. It is not possible to calculate which areas will be affected and to what extent. The City of Aachen therefore asks for your understanding in advance if areas and facilities on strike are not open on the day without prior notice or can only work to a limited extent.
The employees of Aachen's municipal services have also been asked to go on an all-day warning strike. Waste collection services may be disrupted. The exact extent of the impact of the strike cannot be predicted here either.
The recycling center in Aachen-Eilendorf, Kellershaustraße, remains closed, the facility in Aachen-Brand, Camp Pirotte is open.
