Performance of the music school's new theme song
The new theme song of the Music School of the City of Aachen will go on tour together with all the children involved in the creation process on Friday, January 31, at 5 pm at the Depot in Talstraße. The children will perform the song for the first time together with children's songwriter Suli Puschban, arranged by Csaba Székely and a team of teachers from the music school. Anyone aged five and over is cordially invited to sing and dance along.
Since summer 2024, over 300 children have helped to create the music school's signature song under professional guidance. From finding the lyrics to the melody, children from elementary music education courses and from cooperating schools and daycare centers have been involved in the project, which is funded by the state.
Admission is free; a donation to the Friends of the Music School is requested.
