New local supply location in Walheim: B-plan on display until March 14
The existing supermarket on Schleidener Strasse in Walheim is to be relocated, creating a new local supply location in the Schleidener Strasse / Montebourgstrasse area. This relocation and an expansion of the sales area will secure the local supply in Walheim in the long term. The integrated bakery store with café offers an additional service in an easily accessible location.
The planning committee has therefore initiated early public participation. The project-related development plan "Schleidener Straße / Montebourgstraße" will be on display in the foyer of the Kornelimünster/Walheim district office, Schulberg 20, until Friday, March 14. The opening hours are: Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., Wednesdays additionally from 2 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. The documents are also available online at www.aachen.de/bauleitplanung. The city administration is also offering an information event on Tuesday, February 18, 6 p.m., in the Jakob-Büchel-Haus in Walheim.
